The one hour session covers the topics of Respectful Relationships & Vilification and Inclusion. The session is delivered by former AFL player Russell Robertson and a female facilitator and is aimed at males aged 15-25, but can be still be delivered to those over 25. The session has a footy feel about it and discusses why it is important to talk about these issues.

The session includes a power point presentation, along with some videos and scenarios to create discussion between the players on these important social issues. Some of the issues can be sensitive, such as some statistics around violence against women, but is presented in a safe way giving participants opportunities to leave if need be. Support services are mentioned at the end to give players somewhere to go if they want to seek further information, and the facilitators will stay for 15-20 minutes after the session if any players want to talk to them directly.
